Ordering & Shipping

When does my order start?

Art begins when either a purchase order or credit card information has been supplied. Production begins after a signed art approval form is returned to us.

How long does it take to get my art approval form to look at once I've submitted my art?

Stock art from our web site with stock lettering or art that is supplied in vector format, (.eps) or adobe illustrator files generally takes 2-4 days. Art that is custom or needs to be vectorized may take 7-10 days to get back to you for approval.

How long does an order take to ship, once artwork is approved?

Most orders are shipped out in three weeks or less depending on work load. Rush service is available most times of the year. Please call for availability. Rush charges are as follows: 10-13 Working days: 25%, 6-9 Working days: 50%, 5 Working days or under: 100%.

I have a digital photo that I want to use on my order?

Not a problem. Our capabilities are almost endless. We can take your digital file and create an amazing full colored detail print and dye it directly into the fabric that will look almost better than the photo itself. Really!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world via UPS. All international orders must be paid by bank wire transfer.

What happens if I have a shortage in my order?

All orders are inspected and double checked before going out our door. Please check your box to see if it has been tampered with during shipping or ask to see if anyone else has already been in the box and removed an item.

Do you keep our artwork so we can re-order?

Dyesport will generally hold your art files for at least five years after your latest order or re-order.


Will my Dyesport clothing fade?

If proper washing and care instructions are followed, your clothing or uniforms will not fade, crack or peel.

Are there guarantees for color matching?

It is not possible to perfectly match color from a submitted clothing item or from one sublimated garment to another. Thus, we cannot guarantee a perfect color match to a submitted clothing item or from order to order or from one fabric to another.

What fabric do I choose?

Dyesport has spent years researching their fabrics and putting them through tests to come up with the best fabrics for their potential use. We will always recommend the best fabric for your use.

Can I get a sample of a product or a sizing kit sent out?

No problem. Simply provide a credit card security deposit (refundable on return of the garments) and we will ship your sample out. If items are returned in the same condition as they went out, only cost is the shipping charge on that box. Damaged or missing items will be billed out to the customer.

Can I get custom trim colors for my uniforms?

Yes, you may. Minimum of 12 uniforms. Call for pricing and availability. Custom trim may require additional time. Please plan ahead.

Will my Dyesport uniforms be discontinued next year?

Absolutely NOT! Unlike some of the big companies out there who rely on overseas production and discontinue their uniforms every 2-3 years, Dyesport Prides itself on being able to offer their customers matching uniforms year after year. NO worries!

Why should I buy sublimated uniforms?

Several good reasons. The look, feel, and comfort of the performance fabrics we use in our sublimation process makes it an easy choice. Unlike screen printed, embroidered, or tackle twill logos, numbers & names, that can be very heavy, scratchy and uncomfortable against the skin, sublimation has no weight or feel since it's directly dyed into the fabric. Sublimated text, logos, and graphics will not crack, peel, or fade. Also, the availability to order fill in uniforms, from year to year, even one piece at no extravagant up charge, make our sublimated uniforms a no brainer.

I designed my own uniform. Can you make it?

Chances are we can. Please give one of our representatives a call. You can e-mail a photo or art file for us to evaluate. If you do not have usable vector art, we can do that for you. There will be some additional charges for this service.

I want to get a quality uniform, who has used Dyesport Products?

Where do we start? Hundreds or should I say thousands of athletes have worn our products. We service all levels of athletes, middle school, high school, travel teams, college and professional athletes alike. Chances are if you have a TV, you have seen Dyesport uniforms. Because of our high standards and capabilities, we also manufacture products and uniforms for several nationally recognized companies under their private label.

Can you do shirts or jackets for my company?

Of course. Most people don't know, but a good portion of our business is manufacturing garments for small and large companies alike. Give us your ideas and we'll work together to make your company stand out from the rest. With only a twelve (12) piece minimum order to start, Dyesport is your #1 choice.

I am looking for uniforms made in the United States?

Look no further. Our uniforms are made right here in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin with American labor. Unlike some of our competitors, most all the performance fabrics, knit trims, elastics, and other components we use in our garments are also made in the USA.

Payments and Cancellations

What are your payment terms?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, certified checks or money orders. Purchase orders accepted from schools only.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once artwork has begun, any cancellation of art or an order will result in a $75.00 cancellation fee. Once art has been approved, the order is in production and cannot be cancelled.
