By using this website, you are legally agreeing to the terms, policies and conditions listed below. If you do not agree to these terms, we ask that you refrain from using this site. Dyesport Manufacturing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of this website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms & Conditions as changed.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Please call or e-mail for current pricing.

Shipping and Handling

All orders are shipped regular ground delivery FOB Prairie du Chien, WI via UPS or Speedee Delivery. Rush shipping is available upon request. UPS and Speedee Delivery generally insure packages up to $100.00. Packages containing a value of over $100.00 may require additional insurance at customer’s request and expense. Dyesport is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Conditions

All orders are subject to acceptance by Dyesport Sales and Credit departments.

Delivery

Standard Delivery is approximately 3 weeks from returned signed art approval form. Delivery may vary according to current workload.

Payments

All orders require a credit card or school purchase order prior to processing order. Any orders or balances over 30 days from invoice date are considered overdue and will be subject to a 2% per month service charge.

If paying by credit card, a 50% deposit will be applied to the card when the artwork begins. Balance will be billed when order ships. VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted. No additional orders will be processed for past due accounts until payment is received.

Artwork

No artwork can be started until a purchase order or down payment is placed. Orders will not go into production until a signed art approval form is received.

Art requiring more than 2 changes after the original art approval will be subject to a minimum art fee of $25.00 or $50.00 per hour.

Changes and Cancellations

Once artwork has begun, any cancellation of art or order will result in a $75.00 cancellation fee. Custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled once a signed art approval form has been sent to us, production has begun.

Rush Charges

Rush service is available upon request most times of the year. Please call for availability. Orders received after 12 NOON will start on the next business day.

• 10-13 Working days: 25%
• 6-9 Working days: 50%
• 5 Working days or under: 100%

Returns

There are no returns on custom orders. If a flaw or defect is discovered please contact Dyesport within 10 days of receiving and prior to usage. Any item that has been used will not receive credit. No returns without proper authorization will be accepted.

Samples and Size Kits

Samples and Size Kits are available upon request. Items will be billed along with shipping to a credit card. Items returned within 30 days and in same condition will be fully credited back to the credit card minus the shipping. If a purchase order is used, shipping will be billed to the purchase order. Damaged or missing items will be billed out to customer’s credit card or purchase order.

All content seen on Dyesport.com including images, graphics, text, and custom designs are subject to trademark, service mark, copyright and/or other intellectual property rights held by Dyesport.com. The entire content of this website is copyrighted as a collective work under U.S. copyright laws.

User Submitted Content (Including, but not limited to text, photos, emblems, graphics, uniform designs in connection with Dyesport.com including garments designed on the custom uniform builder, other Dyesport products, email a friend, or any other message service).

Content submitted to Dyesport.com is subject to the following guidelines.

Out of respect for all of our employees and customers visiting Dyesport.com, we ask that you do not use obscene, profane or threatening language in any message, posting or uploaded graphic that will be exhibited on our website, in emails, on customized uniforms/clothing or other Dyesport products. Examples of the kinds of content that are prohibited in user submitted content include:

• Content that is illegal, or could facilitate the violation of any local, state or federal laws.
• Content that is profane, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable.
• Content deemed in violation of Dyesport rules and policies.

Dyesport reserves the right to reject any text, graphic or emblem submission deemed to violate any of the above content issues.

A valid email address is required to submit any content to Dyesport.com. Submitted content will be transmitted through the Internet, and linked to the email provided. Thereby, limiting privacy in regards to content submission.

Trademark Information

At Dyesport, we assume our customers have the rights for all trademarked and/or copyrighted logos and designs they submit. We will assume no responsibility in any trademark or copyright infringement disputes. By purchasing from us, the customer agrees to assume any/all liability resulting from actions or demands brought against us for trademark or copyright infringements.

Colors

Actual dye-sublimated apparel colors will be different from the colors displayed on your monitor or printed on paper for approval. Dyesport has done its best to display as accurately as possible our uniform/clothing and other Dyesport product colors and color swatch representations of those colors on Dyesport.com. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor and/or printer, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors you are seeing displayed on your monitor will be an exact match to the uniforms/clothing or other Dyesport items you receive.

Dyesport Dye Lot Colors

Dyesport does its best to match dye lot colors on all stock and sublimated uniforms/clothing and other Dyesport product. However, slight shading differences might occur when similar garments are ordered at different times. These differences are the result of ink and fabric variations from our suppliers, and are beyond the control of Dyesport. We cannot make any color match guarantees.

Dyesport Custom Uploaded Artwork Colors

Dyesport does its best to ensure final colors match the uploaded artwork provided. However, some slight shading variations can occur when these colors differ from the master colors used for our stock designs. If you have concerns about uploaded artwork color, please contact a Dyesport representative to discuss your color concerns.

Dyesport Custom Color Requests

Dyesport will make every effort possible to match custom colors to the color sample provided. However, some slight shading variations can occur due to ink and fabric variations from our suppliers, and beyond the control of Dyesport. We cannot make any color match guarantees on sublimated uniforms/clothing and other Dyesport product.
